A busy week coming up. Special Orange County Association of Realtors class on Monday about special skills for special markets.
Completion of Certification requirements for a "specialist" designation around the domain of "Retiree Wants, Needs and Special Issues" on Tuesday and Wednesday.
Thursday: Several new listings in Casta del Sol in the last few days. That means I tour and analyze the new listings and post details and videos about special situations.
Friday and the next weekend ... appointments available to showings of Casta properties and our current special focus neighborhoods of Canyon Crest, Mission Viejo and Moulton Ranch, Laguna Hills.
