In Casta del Sol and all the other 55+ Retirement Communities in South Orange County, it may not be you but probably someone you know if you are a retiree.
The study of 20 million "older Americans" living alone or with a spouse did not even include another 20 million seniors who live with family members or in group settings such as nursing homes.
Next week I will conclude my course work and certification exam for the National Association of Realtors' Seniors Real Estate Specialist Designation Course.
